• Jon Modica (“Cabrinha’s head honcho”) tells the story from Team Ripper to Chairman, and a rumoured Mikes Lab connection for a new foil range’s connection system (Ep 125).
• Cabrinha UK connections appear earlier: Karl Cadwallader set up the Keahi De Aboitiz interview (Ep 6).

Ripple additions (batch 2, 2026-07-20)

• Keahi De Aboitiz (Ep 6) has been sponsored by Cabrinha internationally since ~2011, after an earlier stint with Neil Pride for foil gear; rides the H-series foils (650/800/1000/1200) and X-series wings, credits Cabrinha’s ‘ART’ high-aspect line with converting him from medium-aspect foils. Cabrinha also ran a co-branded ‘Drifter’ beer funding a programme teaching injured/disabled military veterans to kite and foil (Ep 6).
• Ep 47 (Julien Salles, F-One): denies a rumour that Cabrinha paid F-One to take on a departing rider; the rider wanted to focus on racing over freestyle competition.
